In the last year or so I kicked up my work out routine again. After back surgery following, by serious physical therapy, I am back to my almost normal work out routine. I am so excited to feel whole and strong again!!!
As much as I enjoyed lazying around the last 10 days, I don’t love the feeling of sluggishness that comes from breaking my routine, I really enjoyed eating and drinking my bodyweight during holiday celebrations. But it’s time to go back to reality. I actually miss using my brain at work and being productive!
It’s that time of year when little Jewish boys and girls feel completely left out of getting presents from weird old fat dudes sliding down their chimneys. There he goes flying in the sky with his sled, reindeer and little people (aka Santa’s helpers) but doesn’t stop at little Josh’s or Rebecca’s house. How rude!
Well there we have it. Fall has finally graced us with her presence here in San Francisco.
